Online courses terms and conditions

When booking an online course through https://anniealtamirano.com , you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel your booking and have all fees paid returned to you for the first 10 days after payment.
Following this initial 10-day period, cancellations of bookings will not be accepted unless we are able to fill your place from a waiting list.
Cancellation requests in writing only via: info@anniealtamirano.com
Please note that if you leave the course after this period or if you fail to attend all or any part of the course, no refund will be made and we will retain 100% of your payment.
In the unlikely case that a course must be cancelled, we reserve the right to do so up to 7 days before the start date. In this case your full course fees will be refunded.

Bookings

You should not consider your booking as definite until you receive a notification that your payment has been processed and the order is complete.

Conduct and safety

Our online courses are designed to provide a supportive and collaborative learning environment in which all participants and tutors feel respected and valued. We ask everyone to communicate thoughtfully, show consideration for others and contribute to an atmosphere that encourages creativity, learning and the sharing of ideas.
We reserve the right to decline an application or remove a participant from a course if their behaviour is abusive, disruptive or discriminatory. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
All communication relating to the course and its participants should be treated as confidential.

Copyright

All of the course content is owned by Annie Altamirano Teacher Trainer, but certain content is used under licence from third parties (‘third party content’)
You cannot (without prior written permission from Annie Altamirano Teacher Trainer):
1. redistribute, share or supply any of the content from the online course to other people or third parties;
2. remove the copyright or trademark notice from any copies of content made under this agreement;
3. create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the content;
4. except as expressly set out above, modify, reproduce or in any way commercially exploit any of the content.
